Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Group classes for both boxing and kickboxing are designed for all levels. Members train with jump ropes, heavy bags, speed bags and focus pads. Workouts include reflex drills, hand-eye coordination exercises, footwork drills and shadow boxing.
BOXING FOR YOUTH
This youth class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and basic self-defense. Participants will work with the bags and learn stance, guard, movement, the jab, cross, hook combination and more.
