INTRODUCTION
TO BOXING

This beginners boxing course, will give you the best possible start in boxing. Ideal for those who have never boxed before and those with very limited experience. This is a fantastic, supportive and safe opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the sweet science.

ONE-ON-ONE
TRAINING

Customized one-hour boxing and kickboxing lessons are available for all levels, from novices to seasoned experts. Learn new boxing skills and techniques, improve endurance, strength and quickness.

CARDIO
KICKBOXING

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

GROUP
CLASSES

Group classes for both boxing and kickboxing are designed for all levels. Members train with jump ropes, heavy bags, speed bags and focus pads. Workouts include reflex drills, hand-eye coordination exercises, footwork drills and shadow boxing.

We have a professional boxing ring, and have recently partnered with Impact Wrap, this tracker turns your existing heavy bag into a smart bag for quantified training. Each strike is counted along with its intensity – the harder you hit, the higher your Impact Score. The sensor also captures your Average Impact Force and Impact Count.
